Lelavision Co-Founder, Co-Artistic Director (1996- 2024) – performances and productions combining kinetic musical sculpture, live music, dance,  humor, and science. Administration, fundraising, public relations, project  management, staff and volunteer management, documentation, and assessment.

Integrated Music Program Founder, Executive Director (2003-2009) – arts in medicine program working in collaboration with Harborview & UW Medical Centers, Vashon Community Care (Seattle/Vashon, WA) ]. Moving in the Spirit Artistic Director & Co-Founder (1987-95) Artistic Director Emeritus (present) – award winning youth program utilizing dance to develop life skills (Atlanta, GA).
